Catholic Charities Dallas-Immigration Legal Services

Catholic Charities Dallas is a faith-based social service agency focused on improving the quality of life for people in need. Catholic Charities Dallas' Immigration and Legal Services (ILS) program offers free to low-cost immigration services to qualified applicants. ILS provides advocacy services and immigration representation to crime victims.

Equal Justice Center

The EJC’s project on Legal Aid for Survivors of Sexual Assault is part of a new Texas-wide legal aid program, which is funded and supported by the Texas Access to Justice Foundation.

Journey4ward

Journey4ward serves victims of violence, responding to the emotional needs of victims of crime and supporting victim's families through the cycle of grief that comes with losing a loved one to violence. We are a resource to all victims and families, helping them to heal from trauma by providing free services that include traumatic grief counseling, judicial support services, a support network of families, community education, and therapeutic activities that are peer-based and ongoing.

Katy Christian Ministries Crisis Center

KCM Crisis Center assists survivors of Sexual Assault and/or Domestic Violence. We are in the Katy/West Houston area and are not zip code restricted. We offer crisis hotline, advocacy, accompaniment, safety planning, counseling, support groups, emergency shelter placement, and crisis intervention. We have a bi-lingual staff (English/Spanish), and all mentioned services are available to male survivors.

Northeast Texas Child Advocacy Center, Inc.

The Northeast Texas Child Advocacy Center's offers a safe child-friendly environment to children between the ages of 2-17 who have been sexually abused. Our mission is accomplished through the commitment of a cooperative partnership of law enforcement, legal services, child protective services, medical services, and therapeutic care providers.

The Texas Legal Services Center provides legal advice, advocacy, representation, and education to underserved people across the state. With more than a dozen practice areas, their work touches almost every aspect of civil law that impacts low-income Texans.

The Christi Center, Inc.

A nonprofit, free of charge, The Christi Center provides ongoing peer support groups to children, adults and family members for as long as it is needed online and in-person in Austin and Georgetown. As the only free grief support in the Greater Austin area, we offer a safe place to grieve and heal. We provide individual counseling for children under 18 and individual support from people after a crime-specific loss.

Legal Aid for Survivors of Sexual Assault

Legal Aid for Survivors of Sexual Assault (LASSA) offers free, confidential legal services across Texas. Our LASSA Statewide Hotline is answered & operated by trauma-informed attorneys. They not only guide survivors through their rights & legal options, but can also provide legal advice & linkage to legal resources. Wherever a survivor may be in their healing & justice journey, LASSA is here to help!

The Pink Berets

It is the mission, duty and purpose of The Pink Berets to address, educate, and provide aid and relief to women of the United States Armed Forces, both active duty and veterans, and first responders, who are seeking therapeutic support and assistance with invisible injuries such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Military Sexual Trauma, Traumatic Brain Injury and Combat Trauma Stress on both a local and national level before they progress to depression, unemployment, homelessness and suicide.

Ranch Hands Rescue’s mission is to provide a sanctuary for people and animals, founded on hope and healing for the long-term recovery of trauma victims, special needs animals, and male survivors of sex trafficking.

Texas Board Of Pardons & Paroles, Victim Liaison Program

The Parole Board's Victim Liaison Program was established to assist survivors in navigating the parole review process and to provide accompaniment for parole hearings. We work closely with the TDCJ Victim Services Division to provide comprehensive post-conviction services to victims of violent crime.
